In the present vulnerable scenario, security seems to have become the prime concern of the common people.

All those who do not have the liberty as well as the money to keep body guards should not worry. To tackle the problem of security, various types of security camera have been launched in the technological world. Security cameras are recognised as the standard in monitoring property and detection of criminals. Surveillance video is claimed to be the most successful home monitoring device by its ways to protect oneself against theft and violence. This is because these cameras are very effective in deterring criminals, thus protecting your house against theft and violence and further help them to catch those perpetrators.

Surveillance cameras that are primarily used for monitoring but today their scope has not been restricted to government offices or banks.

Today, these CCTV cameras are applicable in houses as well. Cities such as London have installed several surveillance cameras throughout the city as a means of deterring and capturing criminals. Car theft is one arena where these cameras are extremely helpful. So much so is the advantage of security cameras that even cities like New York and Chicago are beginning to use surveillance cameras throughout the city. Though some people argue that surveillance cameras evade the privacy of people, thus stripping them of their civil rights. Critics have also charged that surveillance cameras are used more for social control than as criminal deterrents. However, with the rise in many anti social happenings, these cameras have proven to be very useful.

Initially these security cameras were analogue, but the digital phase has taken over them now.

These digital security cameras transmit their data feed via WiFi technology to the Internet. From there a digital video recorder or a computer can view the feed with a specially configured Web browser. The video recorders are thus able to store data feed to a DVD-ROM.

Apart from the digital video security cameras that are present in a variety of options in the computer hardware industry, digital still surveillance cameras are also available. These cameras are equipped with motion detectors that alert the camera to take a photo when any activity occurs. This camera is very much in methodology like the digital cameras that hold hundreds of photographs at one time.

In this world where a new technology is born everyday, there are a wide variety of options to choose from in the security cameras segment as well.

There are spy cameras that are the smallest and most powerful covert spy camera/recorder in the world. The micro hidden camera, though looks like an air freshener, is ultra-covert with 2GB of RAM for fast-action snapshot video when motion is detected. Then there is the night vision camera that capture footage even in complete darkness. This type of motion-activated wireless night vision camera has a 150 foot night vision range, which is capable of recording anywhere, anytime.

Many popular companies like Sony, today, are involved in the manufacturing of these CCTV cameras.

All one needs to do is to choose the one that suits one’s requirements. In recent times, they are used by many government branches, businesses and by private homeowners. Choose from Wireless Cameras, Hidden Cameras, Secure Recording Devices, and even Decoy Cameras to protect your home or office.

Linksys is a popular company that produces top-of-the-line security cameras. They recently released the new the Wireless-G WVC200 PTZ Camera with Audio, more popularly known as the Linksys wireless PTZ Internet camera, and it’s been receiving good reviews.

This web-controlled wireless camera is an appealing and nicely appointed security cam that comes with a unique design and distinct features. From afar, it looks like a small astronaut with its clear astronaut-helmet bubble that protects the actual camera from dust and damage. On the front panel are the LCD display and Led lights, which display the IP address. The plastic bubble case and the IP address are what sets the Linksys wireless PTZ Internet camera apart from the thousands of Internet cameras in the market.

The camera also has practical features, such as a removable stand and holes on its flat back for easy set up. With the stand, you can place the camera on top of tables and shelves. Want it to hang on your wall instead? Just remove the stand, and the holes make it easy for you to mount it up. With its built-in server, you won’t need to connect the camera to a server of PC and up to 10 users can have access to the camera simultaneously.

Setup and Configuration

Setting up the Linksys wireless PTZ Internet camera is not so difficult, since it comes with a setup wizard. The first thing you need to do is to plug the camera into the router through the Ethernet. This is only required during the setup phase.

After doing so, you’ll find the camera on your network. Then you’ll see the camera setup page where you must assign a fixed IP address before you can choose between Infrastructure mode or Ad-Hoc, and Fixed IP or DHCP. After settling on your choice of settings, the final step is to transfer these setting to the camera. If you get more problems, you can easily contact Linksys Technical Support by opening a “live chat”.

Cam Quality

The Linksys wireless PTZ Internet camera uses Mpeg-4 and MJPEG video compression. The 640×480 video quality is good. The images appear smooth with minimum lag. You can also check the video settings where you’ll find that the video’s 25 frames per second is perfect, with the sound enabled, for over-the-net viewing.

The only downside to the picture quality is the off colors. Though you get smooth, clear pictures, the colors are inaccurate. But if you’re strictly using the camera for surveillance, color fidelity shouldn’t matter too much, right?

The cam also comes with a built-in microphone which provides clear audio recording. It also has a plug for an external microphone so you can choose to attach one when you want maximum audio quality.

Cam Features

The Linksys wireless PTZ Internet camera comes with good pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities. What’s even better about it is that you can create position and which you can cycle at preset intervals or choose such options as “on-image pan tilt” which allows you to click on any point on the video and have the camera focus on that position.

Another cool feature on the Linksys wireless PTZ Internet camera is its motion-detector, which prompts the camera to record a short video clip every time it detects movement within its range, and send the clip to your email for notification.

Have you ever considered installing a wireless camera for home security? There are all sorts of ways that you can beef up security in your home using burglar alarms and motion detection equipment; but using a wireless camera for home security is probably the most practical decision to make to protect your assets and the people living in your house. In fact, using a wireless camera for home security only reflects advantages on a security level.

It’s Not An Alarm

The wireless camera for home security does not make it an alarm. And this is probably just as well. Think about all the noise that a burglar alarm might make if an intruder enters your home. There are two possibilities. Either the culprit gets to escape and you will never know who he/she was; or the alarm just might provoke the intruder into doing something violent out of sheer panic. These are two possibilities that you do not want to encounter. With a wireless camera for home security, you can record all the activities in your house and stand a good chance at catching the culprit after the burglary by showing footage to the police. Also, you can have the camera trigger silent alarms that only you and the police will have knowledge of. This increases the possibility of the police getting to your house before the burglar even knows what’s going on.

Record and Report

The best feature of a wireless camera for home security is the fact that it records images and even sound (depending on the brand and make of the unit). This information is vital for any security outfit or even the police to be able to determine the next plan of action. Think about this: You are away from home on vacation with your family and your house gets burgled. With a wireless camera for home security recording everything happening, you increase the possibility of exposing the people responsible for the crime. So when you get back home, at least you will have evidence to give to the police and they can identify and arrest the people responsible. With the wireless camera for home security recording everything while you are away, you can relax knowing that you have everything in control; even the possible capture of the person(s) who might have burgled your home.

Keeping Close Watch

Another advantage that you have with a wireless camera for home security is that you can watch everything being recorded in real time through a computer or through a television that can capture the cameras signal. This is especially helpful when you are in your study or bedroom and you would like to see what is going on around the house without having to set foot outside the door. It’s safer to have this wireless camera for home security set up in this manner so that you can be warned of any dangerous elements that have entered your home and you can prepare yourself ahead of time or call the police.

If you still rely on the old burglar alarm or floodlight to protect your property and loved ones, it’s time to make a change and increase your security measures. Install a wireless camera for home security and don’t regret not having done so in the future.

wireless camera

A wireless hidden camera is just that — it’s wireless. There is no need to run wires through walls or under rugs. A wireless camera consists of a camera with a transmitter and a separate receiver which attaches to your TV or VCR. Being wireless, the transmitter does not have to be connected to the receiver. To make it “hidden,” a wireless camera is built into an existing everyday object that you would usually see in your home or business.

Your wireless hidden camera (also called a “nanny camera”) can be found in a variety of everyday objects — radios, air purifiers, computer speakers, etc. A wireless camera can be tailored to fit into your home. Since it looks natural being plugged in the wall, there is no need to disguise the power cord.

Ease of installation is one of the main reasons why people choose to purchase a wireless hidden camera. You don’t need to be a “camera guru” — your camera can be up and running in as little as 5 minutes. Just connect the power supply of the object containing the camera into a wall outlet and point the camera where you want to view. Then connect the receiver to your TV or VCR and you are set up and ready to go!

Let’s use a clock radio as an example. You have three uses for a clock radio camera — a wireless hidden camera (nanny cam), a working clock, and a functioning radio. The camera and transmitter inside the radio are powered by the clock radio’s power supply.

When the clock radio is plugged in, the camera is always on, even if you turn the radio off. It is almost impossible to detect a hidden wireless camera because it doesn’t attract attention. If it looks like a radio and plays like a radio, and even plugs in like a radio, then it must be a radio, right?

Here are some ways that your wireless hidden camera can give you an added measure of security:

• Use it as a “nanny camera” to keep an eye on your family while they are under the care of a nanny or baby sitter. Now, if your child is injured, you’ll know exactly how it happened!

It’s a difficult decision for any parent to leave their child with a stranger. Do you know how often your nanny or baby sitter yells at your child? She surely won’t tell you, and if your child is too young to tell you, how will you know? We’ve all seen shocking footage from nanny cams on TV which may lead you to question the care your own children are receiving.

It’s a fact — shaken head or fractured neck syndrome in babies actually occurs. Our children are our greatest blessing — nothing is more important than their safety.

Even if your child does not have any cuts or bruises, that does not mean that he or she is not being abused. A quality wireless hidden camera is going to show you what the real story is when you are away.

• Your wireless hidden camera is portable — the object containing it can be moved wherever you want it without suspicion. You won’t be confined to placing it in a permanent position.

You can put your camera into any room you want to view. You can watch your children in the daytime and even place it to watch your front door at night.

You can also move your receiver to any VCR or TV in your home. If you have more than one TV (which most people have today), by moving your receiver hook-up, you can watch from any room in your house!

• Did you know that the arrest rate for burglaries is as low as 15%? The reason for this is because there are very rarely any eyewitnesses to the crime. Placing a wireless hidden camera in your home or office will provide you with the information about who did the crime.

We’ve all seen detective stories on TV where four eyewitnesses all give different descriptions of what they saw. Now you can give an accurate description to the police (if needed) so there will be a greater chance of the thief being caught.

There are so many other uses for a wireless hidden camera. You can:

• keep an eye on any repairmen doing work in your home

• make sure your housekeeper really does her job

• watch your young children playing with their friends and getting along properly

• keep an eye on your puppy during his potty training or furniture-chewing days

• and, businesses can also have clock radios and other objects that can contain a wireless hidden camera. You can monitor activities of your employees, salespeople or anyone you wish that comes into your office. You should, however, check your local laws before you do this.

• And you can probably think of many other ways your wireless hidden camera can help you in your home.

By the way, there’s a neat thing you can do with your wireless hidden camera. If you have a TV that has a “picture-in-picture” feature, place your camera in your child’s room (or any other room) and then, while you are in the living room, you can watch the camera image on the small screen while you watch your favorite TV show at the same time This is wonderful for a new parent and avoids constantly running in to check on the baby. Been there, done that!

So you see, there are many ways to use your wireless hidden camera to achieve peace of mind in your home or office. And the best news is that you don’t have to be a camera buff to install and operate it.

wireless camera

I am currently using DSL Router with 802.11N network. So is my notebook.

My notebook is using the Wireless-N adapter as the notebook’s build-in wireless adapter comes with 802.11g standard.

I have been looking around to get a wireless internet camera with 802.11N network. The purpose is to maximise the bandwidth for my wireless internet camera without any lagging of the video signal.

However, currently, on the market, it seems that there is no 802.11N standard wireless internet camera available yet as far as I am concerned.

Most of the internet camera comes with wireless or wired R45 network connection and are in 802.11b or 802.11g network.

I have checked with the Dlink,,Linksys and other distributor and find that there is no offer for 802.11N. SInce I needed the wireless internet camera urgently, I have no other alternative but to purchase the wireless internet camera with 802.11g standard.

I have purchased the Linksys WVC200 Wireless -G PTZ internet camera as showed above. To know more about this product,Click here.

This camera provides both wireless and wired network connection.

It has high quality video, flexible control remotely with Pan, tilt , and zoom.

It works terrific. The price is also quite competitive.

There is not much of video lagging when you control the internet camera remotely from outside of your office provided the camera is connected in the wired network to your router by mean of R45 cable. However, if you connects the internet camera to the router wirelessly, and you try to control the wireless camera remotely outside from office, there seems to be some video lagging problem. The reason why I need to do this is due to my router is not in the same room as the wireless internet camera. Moreover, the room where the wireless camera is doesn’t have the network point (Rj45 socket).

I knew there is no much I could do as there is a limitation of the 802.11g network.

It can only achieve a maximum throughput of 54 Mbytes wirelessly no method how good tuning you can do with the camera resolution and other features.

However, desperately to solve this video lagging’s probem, i checked in the market to see if there is any gadgets that could help to solve this issue.

Then I came cross a product called HomePlug AV Ethernet Adapter from Shiro which eventually solve my problem. It boost up my wireless internet camera signal up to 200 Mbytes which resolve the lagging problem.

This adapter also save you the hassle of the physical network wiring. It can also be use to connect between any network devices ie. printer server, wireless game adapter, wireless camera etc to the router wirelessly.

The adapters work in a pairs.Let assume that the wireless router is in room A and the wireless camera is in room B. In room A, you will connect one end of the adapter1 to the power source.

From the adapter1, link its network connector (using RJ45 cable) to one of your router port. From room B, do the same thing, connect the adapter2 to the power source. From adapter2, link its network connector (using RJ45 cable) to the wireless internet camera.

The adapter is not strictly to be used for router only.Basically, you can connect remotely between any network devices together.

The adapter make use of your in-house power circuit to transforms into a high speed wireless broadband and network backbone for transmission of digital data, voice, audio and video.

In this way, the adapter allows me to connect my internet camera wireless without short chain the bandwidth performance of my DSL network.

The model which I purchase is Shiro HL109E as showed on the right.

I believe there may be some similar product available. However, so far only this product offer the Powerline Networking up to 200Mbps.

wireless camera

You are thinking about purchasing a wireless hidden camera but, like many people, are afraid of electronic products. You keep reading about words like “lux” and “camera resolution” and “line of sight” — do I really have to know what these mean? And, isn’t the wireless hidden camera hard to install?

The answer is NO and I’m going to tell you how easy it is to install and use your wireless hidden camera. I will also explain some of the “difficult” terms in plain, understandable English so you won’t be intimidated any more.

The best thing about a wireless hidden camera is just that — it’s WIRELESS! You won’t have to run any wires through your walls or under your rug.

These wireless cameras are called “hidden” because they are built into an existing everyday object that you see in your home or office. Most of these objects are functioning electrical appliances, e.g. clock radios, cordless phones, and even computer speakers.

Each object contains a wireless camera. The camera will function as long as the object is plugged into the wall outlet. For example, even when you turn your radio off, the camera is still working! These objects look natural when plugged into the wall, so your camera remains hidden and unsuspected.

Don’t forget — the object in which your camera is hidden is usually portable, e.g. clock radio. So even if you disconnect the plug from the wall — perhaps to move the object — you can still use your wireless camera with batteries. The batteries work for about 4-8 hours, so it’s best that you have another set handy or use a battery charger for a fresh supply.

You want to purchase a wireless surveillance camera system that is “Plug and Play.” This means just what it says — plug it in and begin using it! Your wireless hidden camera comes with 2 main components: 1) a camera and a transmitter connected inside an everyday object; and 2) a receiver which is attached to your VCR or TV. That’s all there is to it — you’re now ready to record!

Record what? There are unlimited uses for your wireless hidden camera.

How about as a hidden nanny camera — you can watch your children while they are being cared for by their nanny or baby sitter. What about your mother or father who is getting up in years and needs special care. Wouldn’t it be great to know who’s on your property all the time or even at the door? And how about your children — you can keep an eye on your tots with your hidden nanny camera to make sure they don’t leave the house or property. And, now with your small security camera, you will know the real time your teens return home at night!

By using wireless hidden cameras in the workplace, you will always be aware of what’s going on in your store, office and warehouse. Just set up a hidden camera to view your cash register, entrance and exit doors, loading dock, or just about anywhere.

All this and much more can be viewed from your VCR tape or live on your TV. And, with special software, you can watch what’s going on in your home or business on your computer screen, even when you’re away.

Should you choose a Black and White (B/W) or Color Camera? That is a personal choice that you should make. A Black and White camera does better as a low light wireless camera than a color camera because it has a lower lux. Color Cameras, however, would be more helpful to the police in identifying the burglar, shoplifter, assailant, etc. by giving a better description — for example, “the man with red hair in the green and yellow shirt.”

Finally, I promised to explain some technical camera terms. Here are some of the general questions you might ask about your wireless hidden camera:

• What is a Wireless Camera? A wireless camera consists of a camera with a transmitter attached to it and a receiver which connects to a VCR or a TV.

• What is “Plug and Play”? Plug and Play is the easy way to install your wireless surveillance camera system. Just connect the power supply (either AC for wall power or the battery pack) to your camera. Place the object containing the camera to show what you want to review. Connect the receiver to your TV or VCR using the red and yellow RCA cable from the receiver. You are now set up.

• What is a Transmitter? A transmitter is a device that converts video signals into radio frequency signals and transmits them as radio waves.

• What is a Receiver? A receiver is an electronic device that receives radio signals from a transmitter and decodes the signal for use as pictures on your VCR or TV.

• What is “Lux”? Lux is a method of measuring a camera’s sensitivity to light, i.e. it is the amount of light the camera needs to provide an image. The lower the number, the less light the camera needs to reproduce a clear image. A Black and White camera usually has a lower lux than a color camera. It will hold an image longer than a color camera. For example, a B/W camera with a .05 lux will be better in low light than a color camera with a .5 lux.

• What is the meaning of “camera resolution” for security cameras? Camera resolution is a measure of the clearness of a security camera. It’s determined by the number of horizontal video lines that the camera must have to reproduce the correct image. The higher the resolution number, the sharper the image.

• What is a Monitor? A monitor is what you use to view your camera image. The monitor could be a TV, CCTV (closed circuit TV) or even your computer screen.

• What is “Line of Sight”? Line of Sight means that the video signal travels from the transmitter in your camera to a dedicated receiver (e.g. VCR or TV) placed a certain distance away with no obstructions or interference between the two. The signal can go through walls and floors. Low Power Cameras usually have a line of sight of 700 feet. However, you can upgrade to a High Power Camera which has a line of sight of 3,500 feet.

So there you have it — you don’t have to be a camera buff to install or operate your wireless hidden camera. Just plug and play!

Don’t Become the Next Crime Statistic! A wireless hidden camera will show you

what’s REALLY happening in your home or business.

wireless camera

Wireless Hidden Cameras, sometimes called Nanny Cameras, are one of the most popular products when it comes to home security. Why? Because they work and they are easy to install — anyone can start recording in less than 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, most people think the only use for a Wireless Hidden Camera is to keep an eye on their nanny or baby sitter as they care for their child. Well, since they’re wireless, they are also portable. And, most wireless cameras have a range of 700 feet or more, which means they can be placed in many unusual places.

Here are some ideas for using a Wireless Hidden Camera that you may not have considered:

• Home for Aged People — a clock radio or picture frame camera could keep you informed about how your loved one is being treated

• Vacation Homes — since you’re not there all the time, your property is vulnerable to burglars, vandalism or worse. And, with all the natural disasters we’ve had lately, your Wireless Camera can be a valuable asset. You can monitor your property from your home computer using specified software, even from miles away.

• Rental Properties — put a sign on your property saying “This house is protected by a hidden camera.” Burglars seeing this will be less likely to bother with your house, plus you can keep an eye on your investment from your own home.

• Home Swimming Pools – monitor your kids from anywhere in your home. Now you can make sure that there are no unwanted visitors in your pool.

• Barns — ensure your animals or expensive tractors or tools are safe.

• You can even monitor your pets when you are away from home — great when you have a new puppy who likes to chew as well as “do his business” on your rug. Also, how well do the cat and dog really get along when you’re away?

• And don’t forget your apartment. Just because you have a locked door or buzzer downstairs, or even a gate guard at the door, doesn’t make you immune from burglars. Just watch a couple of cop shows on TV or movies and see how vulnerable your apartment really is.

There are many kinds of Wireless Hidden Cameras available in all sizes, shapes and colors. Some are even disguised as everyday working appliances, e.g. clock radio, boom box, or mantle clock.

So you see, there are many uses for Wireless Hidden Cameras. Just let your imagination run wild!

Don’t Become a Crime Statistic!

Not sure what kind of hidden camera that you need? Hopefully this article will help.

Monitoring a room using video capturing equipment is fairly easy. There is a wide variety of equipment on the market to accomplish this. Listed below are some of the different types of equipment used to covertly capture video.

Miniature Wireless cameras

Hidden wireless cameras

Hidden IP cameras

Miniature Hard wired cameras

Hidden hard wired cameras

Motion activated all-in-one recording systems

Motion activated still shot cameras

Miniature Wireless cameras

Miniature Wireless cameras can be a suitable choice given the right situation. A mini wireless camera will need power to operate the camera, whether it is battery or plugged directly into the wall. Most mini wireless cameras will run on a standard 9 volt battery. The battery will last between 4 and 8 hours depending both on the battery that you choose and the camera specifications. I generally recommend plugging it into the wall when possible.

Some other considerations are where to conceal the camera and where/ what to record on or view the camera on. The camera could be easily hidden in a plant or you could build something to conceal the camera. Most mini wireless cameras have a pin hole lens so you can easily hide them in a box or possibly in a book or anything else that you can think of. You could even set the camera inside of an air vent looking out. Recording is probably the biggest obstacle. The receiver can be plugged into a TV for viewing live. However, If you cannot sit and watch all the time there is a good chance that you will miss all the action. You could also plug the receiver into a VCR to record onto a VHS tape. The problem there is that you have to find a place to hide the VCR and you can only record as long as the VHS tape will allow. For example, you start recording at eight o’clock in the morning when you leave for work. Your partner is due home at Two o’clock. If your tape will only hold six hours you are going to miss what you were trying get catch on tape. You could also you a digital video recorder with motion activation. This is probably a better choice, but still has problems. A Motion activated recorder works great with a hard wired camera, but has problems when it comes to wireless cameras. The way a motion activated DVR works is that it can sense the pixelation change coming through the camera when something moves and knows to record. All wireless cameras have interference. There is nothing you can do about it. It’s just the nature of the beast. When the DVR senses the change in pixels caused by interference it thinks it is motion and ends up recording almost all of the time.

There are better options that I will cover in the paragraphs to follow.

Hidden wireless cameras

Hidden wireless cameras, also know as a nanny cam, makes things a little easier because the camera comes pre hidden. You can get wireless cameras built into just about any thing you can imagine from televisions to air fresheners. While these cameras do make it easier you will still have the same concerns with recording as you would with a standard wireless camera.

Hard wired miniature cameras

Hard wired miniature cameras are definitely more reliable than wireless but still pose some problems. As with the wireless camera you still have to hide the camera and find a way to record or view the camera. The main problem with the hard wired camera is that you have to run a cable from the camera to the recording device. In some situations this may not be a problem, but in most situations it is not practical.

Recording is easier with a hard wired camera because you can use a motion activated DVR effectively. For instance in the example given for wireless cameras you could start recording when you leave for work and the motion activated DVR would not record anything until it saw movement in the cameras range. Most motion activated DVRs can be adjusted to record for a very long time. Pre hidden hard wired cameras can also be purchased.

Hidden IP cameras

Hidden IP cameras are similar to a hidden wireless camera in that they come pre concealed inside of many everyday items and they are also wireless. That is where the similarity ends. With an IP camera the video signal is sent through the electrical system of the house. The receiver is then plugged into a wall outlet near your computer and connected to a USB port on your computer. Using the software that comes with the system you can then view and record the images on your computer. An IP camera will also enable you to view your camera from anywhere in the world with internet access as long as the computer with camera connected to it is also connected to the computer.

The one drawback to an IP camera is that the software is not hidden on the computer. So, if your partner sees the software on the computer you may have some explaining to do.

Hidden still shot cameras

Hidden still shot cameras may be a good option depending on the circumstances. One of the best brands that I have found is the Home Guard. It is motion activated and records pictures at an adjustable frame rate when it senses motion. You can adjust the frame rate from one picture every second when motion is detected to ten pictures every second. I normally suggest setting it to take one picture every second.

There are no wires or cables, it records onto an internal chip and saves the images for future viewing. The Home Guard looks like an air freshener so it will “fit in” in any environment. Most of my clients that use the home Guard will take a sticker off of another air freshener product such as Glade or Air Fresh and place it on the home guard to make it more believable.

Motion activated all-in-one hidden camera

Motion activated all-in-one hidden camera/recording systems are my hidden camera of choice. They come in a very large selection of products making it easy to select one that will work in almost any situation.

I have a 1 year old son and a 5 years old daughter whom I have to regularly leave them behind at home with a nanny while I move out of the house for work. With no one else in the house to keep an eye on the nanny I was very much hesitant to leave them alone in the house with a stranger. Though my daughter was smart enough that she could narrate me the whole day’s proceedings but I was bothered about my son who was hardly 1 year old. My daughter goes to school in the morning with me and she reaches home at 4 o’clock in the evening while I and my husband reach home at 8 o’clock in the evening. During the day time I did not know how the nanny would treat my son. So we both decided to install a nanny cam in the house so that we could record all the proceedings of the whole day and then view them in the evening when we are back at home. We decided to get a Teddy bear hidden wireless camera so that we could place the camera in my son’s room along with the other toys. This was a very convenient way to trace the proceedings of the nanny with our children. Everything was perfectly alright for a few days after hiring the nanny. But gradually after a few days she started showing her true colors. She started misbehaving with my son and also used to finish up all the snacks and milk which I would keep for my son. She would behave very nicely with my daughter as she knew that she would report us everything in the evening. But she was creating the trouble with my son who could not even still talk. She was immediately fired from her work a new nanny was appointed. The same procedure was tried on the new nanny also but this one was a very honest one and then everything was going on perfectly alright.
